Self-discovering learning about forest services and functions with indoor and outdoor activities
The workshop shows possibilities to communicate topics like the management of forests, the economical functions of forests, or the services and products from forests with forestpedagogy offers.
The goal of the workshop is, that participants will be able to integrate forest-management aspects better into their own forestpedagogy programs and fieldtrips. They also will learn about how to integrate and combine the different dimensions of Education for Sustainable development (ESD).
In our workshop we will go into the forest and practice different outdoor activities (some of them can also be practiced inside). The participants will actively be integrated into the program by individually and group-work, using interacting and self-discovering methods.
There are no special requirements necessary but the participants should wear outdoor shoes and rainclothings. We will join for two hours with max. 20 participant within “the best door which is the outdoor”.
